Espanola OPP are looking for a fare that assaulted a local taxi driver.
Community Services Officer, Constable Marie Ford, says they were called out early yesterday morning, around 5:00 am to Old Webbwood Road where a taxi driver had been assaulted by a fare who then fled the scene.
Ford says the suspect is described as male of medium build, around 5’7” tall with his head and face fully covered.
Anyone with any information is asked to call OPP or Crimestoppers.
The taxi driver was treated and released.
