Belanger responds to Interfor closures – Interfor also closes Gogama Sawmill

Sudbury East—Manitoulin—Nickel Belt MP Jim Bélanger is calling on the federal government to take immediate action to reduce softwood lumber tariffs following the announced closure of the Interfor sawmills in Nairn Centre and Gogama, which is expected to result in the loss of more than 200 forestry jobs beginning in early June.
