Timber Village Museum – Calling on Local Artists and Creators

Timber Village Museum is excited to be marking International Women’s Day #IWD2023 this March with a collaborative art exhibit – Embracing Equity: A Celebration of Women through Art and History.

TVM is calling  on local artists and creators to show us how you value and celebrate women in your life by submitting a creative piece of your choice in support of International Women’s Day (IWD).

What does IWD mean to you? What does gender equality look like to you? How do you embrace diversity and inclusion?

Do you have an inspiring story about a local woman that you would like us to share?

TVM welcomes the public to participate in this display by submitting pieces that include, but are not limited to: paintings, poems, photography, typography, posters, short stories, speeches, and any other creative types.

Submission deadline: March 1st.

The display will run from March 8th to May 6th.
