Teddy Bear Picnic
The Timber Village Museum in Blind River will once again be hosting the Teddy Bear Picnic, one of its most popular events.
The event had been canceled over the last couple of years due to the pandemic. It is set for Thursday, July 7th from 11 am to 2 pm at the Blind River Marine Park.
The event is geared towards children two to eight years of age who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, but everyone is welcome to attend and bring their favorite bear.
Bring your blanket or lawn chair, and get ready to take part in some great activities including face painting, yoga, crafts, stories and so much more.
There is even a bear hospital available for those stuffies that need some extra loving care.
Hot dogs, ice cream, and drinks will also be available for a small fee or bring your own picnic.
It costs $4 per child and participants are asked to register for the event when they arrive and get ready for some great fun!
