Crash victim identified

Sudbury police have released the name of the man who died in Monday’s crash on Regional Road 80 and how the collision occurred.  The victim was 41-year-old Gary O’Bumsawin of Sudbury.  Police say O’Bumsawin was northbound in his Honda when a pick-up truck lost control and crashed into his car killing him.

Then another car, also northbound, tried to avoid the crash scene but hit the pick-up resulting in minor injuries to both drivers.  Monday’s crash took place just before daylight at 7:30am.   Police are continuing their investigation.
