A Manitoulin Island community is looking for volunteers to sit on a new committee focused on community planning.
According to the release, Sheguiandah First Nation is looking for up to six volunteers to sit on the new Comprehensive Community Plan Advisory Committee.
The band office is looking for two youths, 16 to 29, two adults and two Elders who will focus on building a plan for economic and life skills development, housing, social services and tourism.
Any member of the band can sign up for the project.
