Espanola hospital and foundation releases five-year Strategic Plans

The Espanola Regional Hospital and Health Centre and its foundation have both unveiled new five-year strategic plans.
Officials say the plans were developed through consultation with staff, stakeholders, patients, and community members and outline priorities and goals to guide both organizations until 2030.
Hospital CEO Jane Battistelli says it is designed as a comprehensive roadmap to foster sustainable growth, ensure equitable access to care and more.
She adds highlights include enhancing and integrating patient and family centred care, empowering their workforce for success, all while expanding resources and community engagement.
Foundation Coordinator Terri Noble says the foundation’s goals are to inspire a community spirit of hope and generosity, inclusion for all, innovation in fundraising and making a marked difference in the community.
Hard copies will be available for review next week.
