The East Algoma Community Futures Development Corporation has completed its grant program for the Algoma District.
Corporation manager Shawn says 22 organizations were provided with funding supports from a $95,000 pool of funding to help them overcome the loss of fundraising over the pandemic.
He says the relief program ran over the last four months, which also helped organizations reopen after the recent lifting of COVID-19 mandates.
Heard also thanked the corporation members since most are volunteers adding anyone needing business consultation services are welcome to contact the office for assistance.
