People in Elliot Lake are being recruited for a motorized rally in the works in the city to show solidarity with the protesters in Ottawa.
Valet Enterprises owner Blain McElraeis looking for motorists to join him in a drive-around rally on Saturday, February 19th.
He says people to know the issue is much larger than the right to choose about getting vaccinated against COVID-19, rather it is to speak up for rights and freedoms as promised under the Charter.
The rally begins at 1 pm and will take a leisurely approach in driving the city streets.
He adds the local OPP is aware of the rally and will be making sure it is a peaceful event.
