Seniors will be able to start off the New Year with some healthy exercise programs, thanks to a donation from an Espanola business and a school.
Stephen Montgomery from École catholique La Renaissance extends a thank you to Canadian Tire in Espanola for helping them with their campaign to support local area seniors.
He says the store donated several pieces of exercise equipment and yoga balls for the Espanola Nursing Home as part of the initiative.
The new equipment was delivered to the home over the holidays for the seniors to start 2022 on a good footing.
