Algoma Public Health is reporting 116 new cases of COVID-19 and another COVID-19 related death.
The agency says 104 of the cases are in Sault Ste. Marie area, another seven in the central area of the district and five cases in Elliot Lake.
The agency is also reporting the region’s 20th death related to COVID.
There are currently 402 active cases with three individuals hospitalized.
Public Health Sudbury & Districts is reporting 166 new cases bringing the total to 816 in the Sudbury and Manitoulin Districts.
Most of the new cases are in Greater Sudbury, with 13 in the wider district and two new cases in the Manitoulin District.
Health Sciences North is reporting 34 individuals are in hospital with four people in intensive care.
