The family of a popular Manitoulin Island paramedic who passed away earlier this month needs help with expenses.
To that end, a Go Fund Me has been set up for the widow and children of the late Paul Zilio, (ZIL like sill-ee-oh) a long-time and well-respected paramedic with the Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board.
Zilio was diagnosed with terminal cancer earlier this year and passed away December 8th.
Zilio was 49.
His sister, Jennifer, has set up the fund to help the family ease the financial burden of his medical care and passing.
She says the assistance will help ease the worry for his wife and their four children adding any help, large or small is appreciated.
