Police requesting assistance to locate 39-year-old convicted felon

Greater Sudbury Police is asking for the public’s help in finding a convicted felon.

Constable Kaitlyn Dunn says they are asking for assistance in locating 39-year-old Jonathan Cushing.

She says he was currently on bail but has been convicted of attempted murder in relation to a serious assault that took place October 18th of last year.

Dunn says he was supposed to turn himself in on December 9th but failed to do so adding he has been sentenced to ten years in prison.

Anyone with information related to his whereabouts is asked to call police.
