The OPP’s Stuff-the-Cruiser campaign was a great success on Manitoulin Island and there will be another occasion in Espanola.
Manitoulin OPP Constable Tessa Kasch says officers from the OPP, United Chiefs and Councils of Manitoulin and Wiikwemkoong Tribal Police raised over $1,400 for Manitoulin Family Resources and stuffed two cruisers full of items for the foodbank.
She adds it is not over since the OPP will be in Espanola stuffing yet another cruiser or two at Tanners YIG on December 16th, also from 2pm to 6pm, and invites the public to drop by with their non-perishable items or monetary donations to support the local food banks.
