The Espanola Beer Store helped raise some funds for the Moose 99.3 FM Radiothon while celebrating the long-time career of one of its employees.
Taryn Bond says Fred Gagan, who worked at The Beer Store retired after a 40-year-career on Friday.
As a way of celebration, the Moose shared his anniversary wishes and in turn, the store collected empties on behalf of the Espanola Regional Hospital Foundation over the weekend.
Bond says they are proud to have raised just over $900 for the medical imaging suite bringing this year’s grand total to just over $11,500.
