New owners for five local Tim Horton franchises

Five Tim Horton locations across the North Channel corridor are changing hands.

Denis and Lynn Lefebvre have been part of Timmy’s for the last 25 years, but Denis says he and his wife are now looking at new ventures.

He adds that long-time friends Al and Nicole Martin are in the process of finalizing the transfer of the franchises in Espanola, Little Current, McKerrow and two in Blind River.

He thanks the wider community for its support over the years and looks forward to the Martins receiving that same support.

Over the last quarter-century, the Lefebvres have supported various charities including local hospitals and food banks as well as sending dozens of children to camp over the years.

Al says he and his wife are looking forward to working with the different charitable groups and organizations including visiting all five locations on Camp Day next Wednesday.
