One man is facing charges after East Algoma OPP responded to a neighbour dispute.
OPP Constable Bev Gauthier says police got the call last Wednesday from Wagoosh Lake Road within the Township of the North Shore.
She says investigation determined an argument ensued between two neighbors because of a generator that was being operated to annoy the complainant with the accused threatening physical harm to the complainant and his family.
She says a 44-year-old man has been charged with mischief and uttering threats.
He is to appear in Blind River court on August 5th.
