A Gore Bay man is facing several charges following a dispute with neighbours.
OPP Constable Bev Gauthier says last Wednesday evening officers responded to a neighbour dispute on 7th Line Road in the Town of Gore Bay.
Police say a neighbour attended the complainant’s residence and used a tractor that was on the property to cause damage to the complainant’s residence.
The neighbour then left in his vehicle.
The next morning, police arrested a 43-year-old Gore Bay man and charged him with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, two charges of prohibited operation, failure to comply and mischief.
The man was kept in police custody following a bail hearing held in Gore Bay court yesterday.
