Following numerous noise complaints, an Elliot Lake man has had his stereo confiscated by police.
Elliot Lake OPP Constable Phil Young says police responded to numerous complaints about loud music from a residence on Frobel Drive.
Young says the resident refused to answer the door, but this weekend police did gain entry and found two men, one of whom was wanted by the police.
Young says police also found what they suspect is meth.
He says the 23-year-old from Elliot Lake was charged with mischief and possession of a suspected substance.
The second man, a 36-year-old of no fixed address was charged with mischief, three counts of failing to comply with probation and failure to appear in court.
The stereo, speakers and suspected meth were confiscated by police.
