One of the signs of Spring is flushing all the water mains in the Town of Espanola.
Public Works Manager Joel Yusko says the Spring Water Main Flushing Program starts today.
He says the town will not only be flushing water mains but also fire hydrants starting in the south end of town and moving north.
Yusko advises no one should be doing their laundry until at least 24 hours after flushing is completed, adding Iron Out Rust Remover is available at the office if needed.
He says the program could last until the end of April.
