Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics in the three local districts

It is Sudbury, Manitoulin, and Algoma districts time to shine with the Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics.

The torch will be in Sudbury today and then head out to the Wiikwemikoong police station on Manitoulin Island for 6:00 pm.

Manitoulin and East Algoma OPP detachment staffs will support the run on Friday.

The run will start out Friday at 10:00 am followed by a short social at the Mindemoya detachment.

The torch will then make its way to Espanola’s town hall for 12:30 pm, the Elliot Lake welcome sign at 3:00 pm and Blind River WC Eaket School at 5:00 pm.

The public is invited to come out and donate to Special Olympics.
