Long-time local builder, Todd Yusko, says there’s still time to choose finishings from flooring to cabinetry and paint colours to make a home unique and the new homes have an energy efficient design.
Starting December 27th, public open houses will be held every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 1-4pm.
With construction well underway, homes will become available for occupancy starting in January 2019.
Anyone taking in the open house is encouraged to bring a non-perishable food or toiletry donation for the Espanola Helping Hand Food Bank
