Health Sciences North Foundation is celebrating 20 years of supporting healthcare for Northern Ontario.
There was cake and coffee on Wednesday for staff, physicians and volunteers, and an evening reception for sponsors, donors and the public at the Ramsey Lake Health Centre.
Mary Lou Hussak, Health Sciences North Foundation President and CEO, says the events gave them the opportunity to thank those who had an impact on enhancing patient care, and showcasing the history and the considerable impact gift giving has had on the facility.
History display boards were used to share the two decades of history.
