Moose FM in Elliot Lake holding annual food bank fundraiser

Saturday is a big day for the Elliot Lake Food Bank.  It’s the day the agency joins forces with Moose FM in Elliot Lake to raise money for the food bank so it can replenish its shelves.  Moose morning man Bob Alexander will have a host of guests throughout the day.  The day features live music in the Moose studio, a silent auction and barbeque.

One of the auction items is a hockey jersey autographed by Steve Stamkos of the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning.  The jersey was donated by Canadian Tire in Elliot Lake.  The fundraiser runs 10 to 4 and you can either drop off your donations directly at the Moose or make your pledge by calling 848-3608.
