The Espanola Regional Recreation Complex will see 150 new tulips next spring. The bulbs are thanks to an application by the Espanola Horticultural Society to the Canadian Garden Council. The council accepted entries from across the country for bulbs and the Espanola submission was one of many on the winning side.  The tulip program celebrates Canada’s 150th birthday next year.
