OPP handle three domestic dispute incidents

OPP officers in Elliot Lake had to deal with three separate domestic disputes over the past few days.   On Sunday, a man and woman got into an argument that escalated with both hitting each other and each charged with assault.

In a second incident, a woman invited her ex-boyfriend over to her place and while he slept, she robbed him.  The ex-boyfriend assaulted the woman when she tried leaving.  The man is charged with assault and the woman faces a theft charge.

The third case saw an ex-husband kick in the front door of his former wife’s home and then he assaulted her.  Police found the man and charged him with spousal assault and mischief under $5,000.
