Police investigating flash explosion in Sudbury

Sudbury police are trying to find a man who set off a small explosion behind the Montrose Mall.  The man ignited something inside a duffle bag he was carrying which resulted in a small flash.  The mall wasn’t damaged.  After the small blast, which took place mid-afternoon Sunday, witnesses saw the man leave the area.
