The College Boreal campuses in Sudbury and Windsor are getting a $5 million facelift. From the total, $4 million is going to the Sudbury campus for a Wellness Centre. The centre would study how physical activity affects seniors in terms of their mental well-being and mobility.
The rest of the grant is going to the Windsor site to transform a recreational facility into more labs and classrooms and to add more energy efficient materials like lights and heat pumps. The $5 million is from the federal government.
