Man from Spanish arrested after making threats at North Bay City Hall

A man from Spanish who showed up at City Hall in North Bay is looking at some charges after alleging he had a gun.  However what North Bay police found on him was a rock in a sock.  Tuesday’s incident happened about 30 minutes before City Hall was closing for the day.

The man threatened an employee and the worker believed she and others were at risk so 911 was called and City Hall was shutdown.  A 33-year-old man is charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a concealed weapon for a dangerous purpose.
