The East Algoma OPP is charging a 28-year-old man from Spanish, Ontario after an incident at a local marina. It happened on Sunday morning, when the man was swimming in the marina area. He was helped out of the water by residents in the area, but he then allegedly became aggressive and uttered threats at them. He then went onto two parked boats, and did damage to them. He’s now facing five charges in total.
