Elliot Lake man charged after staying at his parent’s house without permission

The Elliot Lake OPP is charging a 44-year-old man with mischief and assault, after he was allegedly staying at his parent’s house without permission. They had returned home from vacation to find the house in a state of disarray, and realized their son had been living there.

When they confronted him about it, he allegedly became assaultive towards his father. He’s now facing three charges and has a court date in the fall.
