P.C. Leader Patrick Brown is disappointed with Premier Kathleen Wynne’s week-long tour of Northern Ontario. Brown says Wynne didn’t even bother to tell the north how her government will address sky-high energy rates. He says this keeps showing how out of touch Wynne and energy minister Glenn Thibeault of Sudbury are that Ontario faces an energy crisis. Brown says a report came out last week that shows Ontario has the highest electricity rates in all of North America.
