Elliot Lake council creating dog swim zones

Elliot Lake will see a dog swim zone.  Dogs will be allowed to swim in the water just west of the Navy League building and also just west of Spine Beach.  Signs will be going up designating the swimming zones.  However owners still have to have leashes on their pooches when they’re not in the water and council says the leash law will be enforced.
