Push-ups for PTSD awareness continue

Premier Kathleen Wynne experienced an awareness raising moment on her northern tour and it happened Sunday in Elliot Lake.  Mayor Dan Marchisella and deputy mayor Luc Cyr took part in a push-up exercise in front of Wynne and her consumer services minister.  The goal is to do 22 push-ups a day for 22 days to bring awareness for troops who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

On average, 22 people a day are diagnosed with PTSD.  Wynne and the minister counted the push-ups and both the mayor and deputy mayor completed the exercise at the same time.  The event was posted on Facebook and is getting a lot of positive comments.
