Annual Andrew Desjardins golf tournament goes today

A forward with the Chicago Blackhawks is hosting a golf tournament at the Lively Golf Club today. The 3rd annual Andrew Desjardins Golf Classic will support the Walden Ski Club and the NEO Kids Foundation. The tournament has raised $50,000 to date, and they give to various community initiatives.

Desjardins says his hope is to give back to children and youth within the City of Greater Sudbury. The golf tournament kicks off at 12:30 this afternoon.
