Sudbury police have made an arrest after a cyclist assaulted two women in the Valley East area last weekend. Shortly after putting out an image of the accused, police arrested a man and charged him with two counts of sexual assault.
Last Friday afternoon and again on Sunday afternoon, a man rode up behind two women who were walking and assaulted them before riding off.
