11KM stretch of Highway 69 set to reopen with four lanes

Another four-lane section of Highway 69 south of Sudbury will open soon. An 11-kilometre stretch of roadway between French River and Highway 64 will open to four lanes of traffic in the near future.

The cost of the project was $61-million. Meanwhile, the province will spend another $173-million to widen Highway 69 to four lanes between Highways 522 and the 607.
