Work on the Espanola water tower is expected to be finished by the end of the month. The town’s CAO, Cynthia Townsend, says work is progressing well and there have been no delays. The facelift includes a complete interior lining replacement, and a new paint job on the outside. It’s been offline since the end of May, and mandatory water restrictions are still in effect.
