Boreal offering an automotive mechanic course this summer

A new program called Motive Power Trades is being offered with no enrolment cost at College Boreal. It’s a 29-week program which includes a two-month work placement. The pre-apprenticeship course allows participants to make a well informed career choice in the automotive industry.

Anyone 16-years or older can sign up for the course. It will touch on automotive mechanic techniques, including heavy-duty equipment, and welding techniques. It’s being offered at both the Timmins and Sudbury campus.
