A 29-year-old Espanola man is charged with spousal assault after freaking out on a woman. The domestic dispute began in an apartment and spilled out onto the streets at which point police arrived. In addition to the assault charge the man was ordered to stay away from the victim. However just a few hours after the incident, the man showed at the woman’s apartment and this time was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking.
