Police in Elliot Lake have charged a 12-year-old boy with assault with a weapon after a younger boy was accosted at a local beach. OPP investigators say several kids pushed and chased a 10-year-old and the incident ended when the youngster was hit on the head with a stick. He needed several stiches to close the cut.
