This year’s trophy from the Toronto Elite Prospects Tournament has gone to the Elliot Lake Wildcats. The Cats captured top honours with a 3-2 double overtime won over the Markham Royals who play in the OJHL. The Cats went through the tournament with a perfect 9-0 record and allowed only five goals. In all, 32 teams took part in the tournament which also attracts hockey scouts.
