The Crown and defense are preparing their submissions to the jury at the Atlas Copco fraud trial in Sudbury. Both sides are expected to address the jury beginning this Thursday. Next week, the jury will start deciding the fate of former Copco employees involved in a $24-million benefits fraud. During the lengthy trial, the 14-member jury was told that the fraud began as early as 1996.
