Service Ontario rally goes ahead

Blind River area residents heard from Algoma Manitoulin MPP Mike Mantha on the need to keep the Service Ontario office open in Blind River.  Mantha addressed residents in front of the office during a two-hour rally.   Mantha says closing the office will force people to drive to other communities for things like licensing needs.  Although the Blind River office was one of nine slated to be closed next year, the Liberal government is suspending all closures until it reviews  the matter a bit more.
