Rally to save Service Ontario office in Blind River

There’s a rally this Friday in Blind River to save the community’s Service Ontario office.  The province is closing several offices across the province and the one in Blind River is on the chopping block.  Algoma Manitoulin MPP Mike Mantha will speak at the rally and make the case for why the office has to remain open.  Mantha says closing the office will force residents to drive long distances for things like license renewals.  Friday’s rally is in front of the Blind River office and runs from noon to 2:00pm.
