Ontario Coalition of Aboriginal People hosting an information session in Blind River on Saturday

The Ontario Coalition of Aboriginal People is in Blind River this weekend to host an information session on a number of key issues. There is going to be a presentation by Ron Swain on the Daniels decision, concerning Indians according to a recent decision made by the Supreme Court.

Also on the agenda is a presentation by the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, who will go over their plans for the long-term care of used nuclear fuel. The meeting runs from 11:00am until 3:pm on Saturday May 28th, at Monique’s Restaurant in Blind River.
