MNRF looking for input on changes to the Conservation Authority Act

Northerners can join in on the discussion for the review of Ontario’s Conservation Authorities Act. The MNRF is taking input on the authorities which manage local watershed matters, including the many northern communities in the north which reside in a watershed managed by it.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says it’s also going to be taking input from a stakeholder advisory group and Indigenous groups. The province has now released a discussion paper which can be found by clicking here.
