Director of Education for HSCDSB receives a prestigious award

The Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board’s Director of Education is receiving a prestigious award. Jim Stadnyk is the recipient of the 2016 CASSA – EXL award. It is given out based on dedication, quality of education, and quality of the learning environment.

Stadnyk was given the award for his work in implementing technology in all of the board’s schools, and getting the Reading Recovery program in all elementary schools. With the award, Stadnyk is now in the running for Superintendent of the Year.
