Manitoulin Public School asking for votes to help get an outdoor classroom

Central Manitoulin Public School is asking the public to vote for their school to help get an outdoor classroom. The outdoor class has things like rope climbers, boardwalks, sensory items, and a retaining wall. The CST Inspired Minds Learning Project will pick winners based on the online voting system, and a judging panel.

Deanna Lewis, who proposed the idea, says in an outdoor learning environment children learn through what they do, encounter, and discover. To vote for the school, click here for the website and here for the Facebook page.
