Body of a Richmond Hill man recovered in Georgian Bay

West Parry Sound OPP have recovered the body of a man who may have drowned while boating with two friends on Georgian Bay. Police say for some reason the trio were forced from their boat early yesterday morning and two of the men swam to shore.

However the third man didn’t make it. A dive team recovered the body of a 22-year-old man last night. A post mortem will be carried out in Toronto. OPP say none of the men, who are all from Richmond Hill, wore life jackets.
